The Panto Beam was conceived specially for a young, mobile public looking for an inexpensive lamp with flexible applications. The simple and at the same time robust metal design consists of a cross-shaped foot on casters which supported a height-adjustable stand, on top of which there was a horse-shoe shaped holder for the swivelling, spotlight-type lamp made of lacquered sheet metal.
